We never got our £300 refund. The contact ignored my messages for ages, then was rude when he finally replied. At night, strangers who seemed to be on drugs wandered around banging on our doors at who knows what time, so none of us slept. The person was awful to deal with, and the place was the worst stay. Wouldn’t even give it one star.
