The staff were helpful and friendly, and the location was convenient for getting into the city centre. My room was clean and relaxing, the bed was very comfortable, and breakfast had plenty of options. I had a pleasant stay at Premier Inn Cardiff and would happily return.

We always choose this hotel when we visit Cardiff. The rooms are consistently immaculate, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's well placed for the train station and buses to the bay. Spending the extra few pounds for Premium Plus is worth it for the city view.

I had a Premier Inn Plus room on the 15th floor during a solo two-night trip. Early check-in at reception was easy, and the woman who checked me in was friendly. The room was huge, clean and comfortable, with a big bed, and I didn't hear any noise from other rooms or the corridors. I had a drink at the bar, and the staff there were friendly. The hotel is well located for Cardiff Central train station and the city centre. I'd recommend it and stay again.

The lobby and dining area looked worn for a fairly new hotel, and they weren't especially clean either. I'd skip breakfast here and go to spoons across the road. I usually enjoy Premier Inn breakfasts, but this one was poor: watery scrambled eggs, gooey fried eggs that seemed undercooked, awful mushrooms, and not much fruit or yoghurt. Overall, the room was good value, but avoid the food.
