The Bay Horse Arkholme

The meal was one to remember. The food was better than at any star rated restaurant I've visited in London or elsewhere in the country. The host was incredibly friendly and attentive, and happy to answer questions or accommodate requests. The decor is lovely, and sitting in front of the blazing fireplace made the place feel cosy and comfortable. I couldn't fault a thing. I'll definitely return and recommend it to everyone I know. I see a very bright future for this restaurant.

Jordan was a great host and gave us some lovely wine recommendations. Each dish looked like a work of art, and the taste lived up to it. Everything on every plate was delicious and thoughtfully put together. The whole meal was wonderful from start to finish. Can't wait to go again!

We had another great evening at the Bay Horse with friends last Saturday. The staff were so attentive, and everyone enjoyed their choice of dishes, all cooked perfectly. It's a fabulous setting with wonderful food and terrific staff. Next time, we'll try Sunday lunch.

We weren't rushed or left waiting, and all our food arrived at the same time. That made for a relaxed, enjoyable meal, along with the knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. It's great to see front of house staff so well trained. A friend had recommended the Bayhorse, so we visited on Saturday evening, and I'm glad we did. The menu had so many tempting options. We all chose different dishes and sampled several, and every one was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal and visit, and will definitely be back.
