We enjoyed exploring the garden and sitting in the warm conservatory, and the room was comfortable. Ester & Ian made our stay lovely, and breakfast was delicious. We hope to return!

It's a pretty spot, and the hosts were helpful and friendly, but there wasn't much to eat out in the area as most places were closed. Our room was nice, though it smelled of dogs and made me sneeze. Breakfast was included, but we couldn't eat it after seeing mould on our toast and hairs on the fruit. Unfortunately, we wouldn't return.

4/10
The kettle was on the windowsill, almost like an old camping kettle, and awkward to use. We had to switch it off at a plug near the skirting board. There was a strong smell from dogs, and the milk and water jugs were covered with crocheted cloths that seemed unhygienic. I can't recommend it.

The location was stunning, and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfasts were superb, the bed was very comfy, and the room and en suite had everything we could possibly need. Our stay was excellent and very relaxed.

Esters breakfast is the best ever, and the hosts are amazing, making you feel right at home. It's a beautiful cottage with stunning gardens and the river Dee flowing alongside. We're definitely going back next year.
