We’re here for a music weekend, but missed the first band because the shower wouldn’t get hot and we had to wait for a plumber. We won’t be coming back. Check-in was meant to be at 3, but the caravan wasn’t ready until 4:45. When we went to make the bed, we found a huge urine stain on the mattress protector. We were told the delay was because the van was awaiting inspection. That inspector didn’t do a good job. Very disappointing that it passed inspection. This was our first caravan experience, and it wasn’t good.

We arrived to find the travel cot we’d paid for wasn’t in the caravan, and the heating wasn’t working, so it was too cold for our little boy to stay there on the first night. The park smells of weed morning and night, whatever the time. The mattress is springy and uncomfortable, and left both me and my partner in pain. If you fancy a holiday where you do chores, this is the place for you. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Best time ever, and I’ll definitely go again. The staff and food were amazing, and there was loads of entertainment, from arcades and mini golf to pool. Absolutely incredible place, like heaven on earth. I’ve no complaints and recommend everyone else go too.

The caravans were nice and the site was clean, but the clubhouse isn’t big enough for the number of people staying here. You have to queue outside for an hour before it opens if you want to get in. We bought club passes and couldn’t even use them, which was disappointing.

The kids’ entertainment was especially good. A great place, definitely worth visiting and staying, and I’d happily recommend it.
