My room was booked six months ahead, but just three minutes before midnight on the night before my stay, I got a phone call from the hotel saying they were cancelling because they had no power. I called to ask for my money back. The man searched for my booking and said he'd just refunded the payment while we were speaking. I still haven't received it, and no one answers when I call.

I waited outside the door for half an hour and tried calling at least ten times. I knocked and sent messages too, but no one responded. Booking managed to reach them, and they falsely said they were at the desk. A disgrace to hospitality. Don't book.

Where do I even start? The TV had no signal and didn't work at all. No one helped sort it out for over three hours, and they didn't offer us another room. This was on Valentine's Day, with people fighting in other rooms. Breakfast came on a dirty plate, and the coffee cup was dirty too. For what I paid, I'm shocked. I've had better nights in a prison cell. I'd never return, and I'd definitely read these reviews before booking, because they're true. This place is no good. The metal stairs to the car park are really slippery and should be closed.

From outside, the hotel looked alright. Inside, it was filthy: the beds weren't made, it smelled of curry, and there was dust. Worst of all, there were cockroaches. I told a staff member, who came to my room and tried to say cockroaches fly through closed windows. First, cockroaches don't fly; second, the window was shut. He also lied when I asked his name. What a disgrace of a hotel. You won't see me again.
