We've been to Pontlands many times and have always had a great experience. The hotel is well kept and clean, with plenty of free parking, comfortable rooms in a range of styles, and helpful, lovely staff. The gardens behind it are worth a walk, with a lovely view across the fields. We held a 30th anniversary party at Pontlands Park Hotel on Saturday the 23rd May 2026. Drakes Restaurant in the courtyard garden is a recent addition and made for a great dining experience. Dogs are allowed there too.

The only thing we missed was the spa, since we forgot our cozzies. Next time! Our friends and family said how good the staff were and how much they liked the food. We had small and large canapés, tasty bowl food and a good selection of desserts. The team made my 60th birthday bash at Pontlands Park a pleasure. Helderf was fantastic with the setup, and Colette helped us choose the food, arrange the room and work out timings. They made what could have been stressful feel easy and enjoyable. The room was lovely, breakfast was great, and the food and staff made it a night to remember.

We were kindly upgraded to a spacious, comfortable room, which was a lovely surprise. We also enjoyed using the swimming facilities next door, included with our stay. The reception and dinner staff were incredible, and you can tell they genuinely care about their guests. Helderf looked after us at dinner, chatting and joking with us until we felt right at ease. Honestly, it's the best service I've ever had. Huge thanks to everyone, we hope to return.

I stay in hotels every week for work, and this is the best one I've experienced. The food was delicious, the bed incredibly comfortable, and everyone on staff was truly friendly and welcoming. It was a great stay from beginning to end. Honestly, just stay here, you won't regret it.

Spent a night here with my partner. It's a beautiful place, and our room was amazing, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was really good too, and the staff were kind and friendly. Hope we can visit again.
