Great location, super clean, and the host replies quickly when you have a question. The hot tub is great too. I'll definitely stay again.

The rooftop apartment had everything we needed, and we all made good use of the hot tub. The owner kept in touch with the entry codes and checked that we'd got in all right. A great find in Cheltenham, with the town centre right on the doorstep. We'll be back soon.
We slept well in the comfy beds, and the bedrooms stayed lovely and cool. The bathrooms were immaculate, with basic toiletries for a short visit. The balcony hot tub was great, held its temperature and didn't feel exposed when getting in or out. The apartment was clean and had the basics for cooking and eating. It's about a two-minute walk to the centre for food, drinks and shopping. The emailed video before our stay helped us find the building, and the directions and key code instructions were easy to follow. Instructions for the hot tub were there too. Would absolutely recommend 👌
The location is right in the centre of town, and we couldn't have found a hotel for the same price in that spot. The flats themselves were just OK. Parking spaces at the complex go quickly, so we had to use the open NCP across the road. The mattresses weren't very comfortable, and seemed like they hadn't been cared for recently. We also felt uneasy walking past the HMO opposite with my wife, because some of the people coming and going seemed genuinely unsavoury. I'm torn on how to rate the place.
The flat was roomy and handy for shopping and places to eat, which mattered since we didn't have a car. Being central also meant noisy weekends, with pubs, the town centre and hospital nearby. We had very loud party neighbours across the hall and got no sleep the first night. When we called Management the next night, we were told to speak to them ourselves or call the police, which wasn't helpful. There were some minor hassles too: we had to replace the TV remote batteries after spending a couple of nights trying to work it out, buy toilet paper, and make do with a bottom sheet and comforter, as there was no top sheet. A full kitchen, two bathrooms and the location made the trade-off worthwhile, though there were little things we'd probably avoid at a Holiday Inn type place. I'd stay again without hesitation.
