Room 12 had all the amenities and was very clean, with lovely decor throughout the property. It’s on the top floor, though, so there are four flights of stairs. We had noisy neighbours banging about and slamming doors in the early hours, but that’s not really a negative on the owners. Access instructions were easy to follow, and the email communication was prompt. The location and facilities are excellent, and our stay in Cheltenham ticked every box. I’d highly recommend staying here and will look to book again. Can’t wait to visit.

The rooms were stylish, modern and thoughtfully laid out, with comfortable beds. Some have a duplex layout that feels spacious, and the bathrooms include underfloor heating. Blackout curtains, Smeg appliances and Marshall Bluetooth speakers are among the high-end touches. The location is quiet but right in the centre, just steps from Cheltenham’s cultural quarter, theatres, galleries and great restaurants, all easy to reach on foot. Check-in was seamless, and the staff were helpful and responsive throughout. Crescent Place by Mansley delivered a personal boutique experience and exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely return.

The location, car park and room were all great, and the shower was too. The price was good, with milk, cereals and water provided. I spoke with three agents by phone before our stay, and each was excellent and helpful. It was very nearly perfect, though instructions for the air con would have helped. Highly recommend.

A pretty room with lovely decor, very clean, and a heated bathroom floor. There was a nice range of Nespresso coffee, plus a hairdryer and even a clothes steamer. The staff were very welcoming, the location was great, and it was very good value.
