The breakfast room was bright, and breakfast was good, with a wide choice that felt a little different from the usual. The menu described each option really well, and the staff were friendly and courteous. Our room had a lovely luxury feel, with a beautiful en suite, and we especially enjoyed the lounge. We spent a relaxing hour or two reading there and having a nightcap from the honesty bar. The complimentary sloe gin in the room was a lovely touch. Such good value for a place in central Cheltenham. We'd happily stay again and highly recommend it.

We had a lovely welcome at this beautiful little hotel, full of character and soul, and the hosts were so friendly. The four poster room was gorgeous, with a large NetSuite, and the bed was very comfortable. We spent the evening in the lounge among the old curios, reading the many books and enjoying the complimentary cakes. Breakfast was lovely too. We chose the full English, and there was also a buffet with cereals, fruit, yogurt and croissants. Couldn't fault anything. Thanks for making our stay special. We'd definitely recommend it and come again.

A warm welcome, a good sized first floor room and a lovely high ceiling made this a very nice place to stay. Free electric car charging was a bonus. Breakfast was a little disappointing because the service tipped from relaxed into simply slow. Apart from that, a very nice bed and breakfast.

We had a comfortable stay, and the host was really nice. The location was excellent, with everything within walking distance. The room looked grander in the website photos than it did in person, though, and didn't feel like a five-star place or worth what we paid. Breakfast also took so long that we left later than planned.

Breakfast was superb, and we’ll definitely come back. Kerry greeted us warmly, and we were even offered a complimentary Gin & Tonic when we arrived. The room had lovely little touches too, including chocolates on the bed and a hot water bottle ready for the cold night. Absolutely fantastic.
