Service was quick and welcoming. My eggs benny with bacon instead of ham was great quality, with generous portions for a very reasonable price.

Rio recommended the homemade pancakes, so I had them with streaky bacon and fresh fruit. They were absolutely delicious. My husband chose the eggs Benedict and enjoyed it too. We came specifically for breakfast and weren't disappointed, it was great food and a lovely experience.

The chef came out to say we could ask the host for anything more spicy or milder, and that he could adjust it. The new Thai food was delicious and tasted freshly made. We'll come back soon to try more of the menu. It's a real gem, and I hope more people find it.

The Sunday roast was delightful after a long day at work, but I was taken aback to see an automatic 10% tip on the bill. I'd expected to pay £25, but the total was £27.50. I do tip for good service, but for one person I couldn't help wondering what warranted that gratuity when all they did was bring the food from the kitchen to my table. If this cheeky practice carries on, you'll lose customers and get a bad name.
