The setting is beautiful and the animals are adorable, but the accommodation was filthy. We had to wash the cutlery, plates, mugs and glasses again because they were so dirty. Most of the mugs were chipped, so five of us had to take turns to have a morning brew. The shower downstairs didn't work, leaving us all to queue for the upstairs one, which swung between ice cold and dangerously hot. We also struggled to find the place, as the address led nowhere near the actual location. It was disappointing that the owners hadn't cleaned before we arrived.
