The top floor flat has superb views, though I know that won’t be true of every apartment. I’m renting in the Roman Quarter now and find the development lovely, quiet, and exceptionally clean. There’s secure underground parking and a concierge on site who can help with things like holding parcels so you don’t miss deliveries when you’re out. The bin store is in a central, secured spot, so rubbish and recycling can be taken out whenever needed. If you’re looking to buy or rent here, I’d recommend it without exception.
