The best part of our visit turned out to be the food. Dinner at the on-site restaurant was excellent: I had rib eye steak, my girlfriend had crispy beef noodles, and we both loved them. Her cocktails were fantastic, as was my Guinness. The buffet breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a good selection and perfectly fried eggs. We had a few more drinks in the bar after dinner and really enjoyed the evening. The room was clean, with a fantastic bathroom. There was no air con, but they provided a fan. The spa had decent facilities and gave us a relaxing few hours. Getting there wasn’t smooth: our room wasn’t ready at 3pm because of a power cut that morning, and when we went to our 4pm spa booking, the spa had no record of it. The booking had been confirmed with Raddison, but they hadn’t told the hotel, so that part wasn’t the hotel’s fault. We were frustrated at first, but pleasantly surprised by how things went after that. It was a bit rough around the edges, though the owners have clearly spent money improving the facilities and guest experience. None of the staff seemed miserable, and they were all in good spirits, which made the service feel so good. We both really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back if we’re in the area.

Sadly, our stay was short, but the whole experience was world class and the Radisson standard is being kept high. The reception ladies, including Shanha, were lovely when we arrived and left. The chef also made us a unique, tailor made cocktail. We’ll definitely be back.

Our guests had so much praise for the venue and for how smoothly everything ran. Seeing them happy and relaxed meant a lot to us. Park Hall looked stunning and set just the right atmosphere for such an important, emotional day for our family. From the moment we arrived, the care, professionalism and attention to detail were clear, and the function exceeded our expectations. Thank you for all your support and organisation in making my daughter’s wedding on Saturday 31st January 2026 so special. We’ll cherish the memories and never forget the day.

Ishita went above and beyond with her service and made us feel very welcome. My family and I had a wonderful stay in this calm, peaceful hotel, with great staff and service throughout. I’d definitely recommend it and hope to stay here again if I’m in the area.

Our room was spacious, and both the bed and pullout were large and comfy. The kids loved the pool, and the hotel was very clean and tidy. Staff were spot on, and the bar team were especially friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast may be the best I’ve ever had at a hotel, better than many restaurant breakfasts too. We found a good deal, though it would have been worth paying more. It’s very kid friendly, and we had a great experience with our two young children.
