Heather made us feel at home straight away and was lovely right through to our departure. We had a wonderful three nights at Heathers b&b, with a bright, spotless room and an en suite stocked with all the things you might need. Breakfast was generous and really good, with plenty of tea or coffee. We also enjoyed sitting and chatting with Heather in her lounge. Leaving felt a bit like saying goodbye to an old friend. I’d happily stay at Heathers again if I’m back in the area.

The room was so comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean, especially the bathroom. Heather was a warm, welcoming host, and our chats were great. She suggested the pub across the road for dinner, and I’d happily suggest it too. I really enjoyed my three nights here and would recommend the b&b, including to anyone travelling alone. Thanks, Heather!

We were given cold drinks in the garden after driving down on such a warm day, a lovely touch. Heather was friendly and open, and made us feel at ease. Our room was bright, comfortable and spotless, with a very good bed. We had a really enjoyable two-night stay and plan to come back.

The generous, delicious breakfasts and comfortable beds made our visit even better. Heather was a lovely, helpful host, and her place was ideally located for our trip to the Sammy Miller motorcycle museum.
