The games room was a big hit with our 7yr old granddaughter, and we also enjoyed using the fire pit on our last night. My husband, granddaughter and I spent two days in this lovely home, and it was unlike any holiday let I’ve stayed in before. It’s so comfortable and has everything you need. Being able to step outside and walk onto the Long Mynd, then down to Carding Mill, was a real bonus. There’s loads to see and do nearby, and some of the best hiking. We’ll definitely be back.

A few steps from Golf House and you’re on the Long Mynd paths, with Carding Mills about a 15 minute hike away. Inside, every room showed real attention to detail, and the kitchen especially had everything we could want. We had a very comfortable, pleasant stay, and it was a perfect getaway in a wonderful spot. I wholeheartedly recommend it. Penny Ludwig South Africa

Golf House was exceptionally clean and had all the equipment we needed. We spent a lovely weekend there, and its location makes it a perfect base for seeing the beautiful Shropshire Hills. I’d recommend staying here.

This felt like a home away from home, with comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen and thoughtful extras. The starter wood for the log burner, weatherproof OS map and kid friendly outdoor play room all helped make it a memorable getaway. We were on beautiful footpaths within 20 seconds of leaving the door, heading towards the Lond Mynd. It’s such a good place to unwind and take in the incredible Shropshire hills. Back at Golf house for a second visit, and it was another great holiday. The house is extremely well equipped for a walking break, and the location is wonderful.
