Canopy by Hilton London City

Alicia made me feel really valued from the moment I arrived. She handled check-in smoothly, thanked me for being a Hilton Honors member, explained what the hotel offered, and gave me great ideas for things to do around the city. She even remembered I was seeing One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest in the West End and asked the next day how it went. Her care and attention made the stay unforgettable. The Canopy by Hilton London City itself is gorgeous, clean and cozy. I loved the design and mood lighting, and was inspired to copy some of the decor at home. I spent a lovely evening on the rooftop with a glass of moscato and incredible views. The whole experience was flawless. I’ll definitely stay here next time I’m in London. Thanks to Alicia and the team for making it so amazing!

The location worked really well for me, within walking distance of my office. The room was comfortable, nicely designed, and warm even with the winter weather outside. I liked the quality of the interiors, and breakfast was awesome as usual. There’s also a nespresso in the room. Online check-in went smoothly, and the Wi-Fi was good for business and video calls. Had a great experience and I’ll be back soon.

The room is sleek and gorgeous, the lounge is beautiful, and the staff were helpful. I’d happily stay here again if I needed to be in this part of London. Breakfast was a little disappointing for what you pay. The eggs were cold and rubbery, and the bacon was so crispy it might suit Americans better than British tastes. My colleague’s room also didn’t have cold water. These are small things, but at a premium price, the details stand out in such a grand setting.

The breakfast buffet was very nice, and the room was clean and spacious. The location is handy for Tower Bridge, the tower of London and Adelgate station, with a bus stop just outside. So far, I’m very satisfied. A few things could be better: the toilet paper is extremely hard, while the public toilet has much better quality paper, and the bathroom bin is tiny. In room #1217, there was body lotion in the shower instead of conditioner. I didn’t get a chance to tell the staff during my stay.
