The reception team were kind and extremely helpful, which made the stay much more pleasant. Our apartment at Tower Residences Blue Orchid was comfortable, spotlessly clean and in a great location. We also appreciated having our breakfast requests accommodated, and the practical, well-equipped kitchen was a big plus. We were disappointed that rooms are only cleaned every three days, since that wasn't clearly explained at check-in. Apart from the lack of daily cleaning, everything else was excellent. We'd absolutely stay again, mainly for the comfort and location.

We had a fantastic view from TR1, plus two bathrooms with showers. The daily complimentary bottles of drinking water and laundry liquid were a lovely touch. The lighting could have been brighter, the cooling system wasn't proper air-conditioning, and the oven and microwave were more complicated than they needed to be. This was the last stop on our Europe holiday, and from choosing among three rooms to leaving 4.5 days later, it was a wonderful experience. Christian checked us into TR1, and Roxanne, Aroona and Rakshmi gave us amazing service. They were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and so helpful. Roxanne even went out of her way to help us find a suitcase after SAS damaged ours. We enjoyed the English buffet breakfast each morning at the nearby Tower Suites. It was a lovely spread, and the waiting staff there were just as wonderful. The owners and management of Tower Residences ( Blue Orchid group) are lucky to have such efficient, friendly and committed people on staff. Thank you Christian, Roxy, Aroona and Rakshmi.

I especially enjoyed the room service. The Bulgarian guy was polite, friendly, and really professional and helpful when I was choosing from the wines and food on offer. I stayed three days and found the hotel quite nice and clean, with a very good breakfast and friendly staff. Thank you, we'll be back.

The only downside was the Circle line running under the building, which made it shake every ten minutes or so. Otherwise, it was a very nice apartment stay: the room was clean and lovely, reception staff were polite and helpful, and the Tower Bridge view was lovely. Transport links were really convenient too.

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were attentive and friendly throughout our five nights. Having a kitchen and laundry in the room was my favourite part. It worked perfectly for a family holiday, and we had a wonderful stay.
