Campion Cottage

There’s plenty to do nearby, from walks and camping to trips to the coast, and the cottage is easy to reach by car. It’s right beside a lovely pub with good food at reasonable prices, and dogs are welcome there. The cottage was clean and tidy, with milk, bread, jams and other bits left for us. The facilities were very good and the shower worked well. The garden was the letdown: it wasn’t enclosed as advertised, with no gates and only a basic fence, so we couldn’t simply let our dog out. It also wasn’t private, since it’s shared with the cottage next door. A little more attention to detail and a few extra things would make this place perfect. I’d still stay again and recommend it to my colleagues.
