The rooms were amazing, and so clean. We loved staying there and will definitely book again.

They cancelled my room just 15 minutes before I was due to arrive, then didn't properly cancel the booking until 24 hours later. I was left stranded in Cleethorpes with a 2 year old. The foreign lady on the phone didn't seem to care. Avoid at all costs.

Great value for a bank holiday weekend, with a really convenient location. The place was very clean and confirmation was easy.

8/10
The place was quiet, clean and comfy, and there's a cafe less than 100 yards from the guest house. We had two rooms for two nights for five people, for £320. One room had a shower and toilet, so it wasn't bad. There was no breakfast, though, which was a shame as it would've been ideal for our 5 year old granddaughter. We'd stay again, highly recommended.

The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and it was good value. Breakfast is served across the road at the albany, with plenty of hot options. We got a friendly welcome and could park within 30 yards of our room. Ideally situated.
