Woodlands Park Hotel

After a funeral at Randall's Park, we came for afternoon tea and were given a private room. We had sandwiches, cakes and scones with jam and clotted cream, and both the food and drinks were excellent. The service was discreet, and we were left to talk together without any pressure to leave. There was plenty of parking, and the hotel and its ground floor are fully accessible.

We chose to hire Woodlands Park Hotel exclusively for our wedding, and it made the day feel more personal and relaxed, just the way we wanted. The building and grounds are stunning and gave us the atmosphere we were hoping for. Sammie from the events team was our contact during the run-up. She was supportive, quick to respond to our needs and helped us get everything ready. On the day, the venue was set up perfectly and the staff were brilliant. Wedding coordinator Shaldon and his team were organised, attentive to every detail and always there when we needed help. Lots of guests told us how smoothly the day went and how well looked after they felt. The food was another highlight. We heard so many compliments from guests about its quality and the service. We'd happily recommend Woodlands Park Hotel to anyone looking for a wedding venue.

We came for a weekend stay, and dinner at the Oak room made the evening. David H was our server and was attentive all night, with food and wine recommendations that were spot on. He was a wonderful guy and a real asset to the team. The service throughout was immaculate, check-in was easy and the receptionist was very helpful. It was a beautiful area and a wonderful place for a night's stay. Thanks, David!

Our micro wedding at the beginning of December was absolutely perfect. Phoebe was our main contact from the first visit, organising everything and making any extra requests easy. She was friendly and professional throughout, which made the whole process pleasant and simple. We stayed the night before and had dinner at the restaurant. The food was impeccable, and Slav was a great host who put up with our cheesy jokes all evening. It was raining on the day, but Aysha and Shana helped me into the car without ruining my white dress, hair or makeup before the ceremony. I really appreciated it. We got back to the hotel much earlier than expected, but Rory and Sadie were already prepared and helped the day keep running smoothly. The whole team was wonderful and always ready to help, nothing was too much trouble. The food was incredible and everyone was full after dinner. Rooms were clean and well presented. We're hoping to have another celebration there very soon!
