Apple Tree Lodges

We had a beautiful stay here with the kids. It’s tucked well out of the way, and the reception staff were really accommodating. We went in August 2025 and have already booked again for August 2026. We love this place.

The spa treatments were lovely, I had the Neom sleep one, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Golfers will find a good course with friendly players, too. The lodges sit by the edge of the golf course and are spacious, bright, and well equipped. Ours had underfloor heating and a huge panoramic balcony on the first floor. They’re owned by Stoke by Nayland golf resort, where you also check in. There’s a spa at the resort. Lodges don’t otherwise include pool access, but booking direct with the resort gets you access before 10am and after 6pm. Between 10am and 6pm, a £20 per person pass buys two hours in the pool, steam room, jacuzzi, and other spa facilities.

We loved sitting outside and watching the sunset, with such amazing views. My husband and I had a wonderful July stay at Apple Tree lodges. The lodge was modern, spacious, and very well equipped, and we’ll definitely be back.

The check-in team at Stoke by Nayland Golf/Resort reception were really friendly, and there’s a short drive from there to the lodges. They can also take you by shuttle to the Golf Centre if you’d like a drink or something to eat. I stayed at Apple Tree Lodges for four nights just before Christmas 2023 and another four nights just after, visiting friends and family nearby. The selection includes one and two bedroom lodges on ground and first floors. Both places I stayed were comfortable and spacious, with fully equipped kitchens for cooking instead of eating out. Someone was staying below us each time, but we never heard them or got disturbed. Great value and very convenient.
