After a long day on a tour, having the on-site restaurant nearby was a real treat. The owner and staff were kind and helpful, and my double room was clean, comfortable, and roomy enough for my luggage. The location in Conwy is great, close to the train station and a bus stop for getting around the area or catching the hop-on, hop-off bus to Llandudno. You’re close to everything in this charming town. I’d recommend it to friends visiting North Wales.

Colin was helpful with our questions and gave us good information on reaching nearby sights by public transit. Breakfast was tasty and filling. Check-in at Gwynfryn was efficient and took our needs into account, leaving plenty of time to explore this beautiful city, including above it. Welsh hospitality at its finest.

The chapel loft made for a really special stay, with a fantastic room on the top floor. We booked dinner too, and the food was lovely. Hope we can come back!

The twin room had recently been decorated and was spotless, with very comfortable beds and a nice shower room. Breakfast was very nice, and most of the staff were attentive and polite. But there was too much furniture in an already small room, leaving barely any open space. The fridge hadn’t been switched on, and the TV signal was unstable. I probably wouldn’t stay again or recommend it, as I don’t think the accommodation and service match the price.

The staff made us feel very welcome, and our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay, 10/10.
