We had a great three night stay. The room was a good size, with a large comfy bed and a well appointed shower room. Everyone on staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic too. The whole stay was superb, and we'll be back.

A great stay. The accommodation was so comfy and had a lovely view of the castle. There's a pizza place downstairs, and the location made it easy to get to the other tourist sites, including the red house (the smallest house in Britain) and the town centre.

We stayed one night on 22nd April and wouldn't come back. The location is good for the town, and the restaurant food looked good, but that was about it for us. First impressions were poor: the stairs to the rooms were very dirty and dusty, and room 3 had a list of problems. The window wouldn't open, and the blind had no cord to raise or lower it. The curtain was off a couple of rings. The shower had very low pressure and didn't work well, and there was nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom. One leg on the chair was loose. On the plus side, the bed was big and comfy, the continental breakfast was OK, and wifi was free. The room cost £93 for the night, and I'd have expected better.

A lovely guest house and restaurant with a really warm welcome on arrival. The staff helpfully explained where to park. Our room was small but had a spacious bathroom, plus hot drives and a kettle. Breakfast was served from 8.30am, and both the service and breakfast were lovely. The pizzas were gorgeous too. It's very close to Conwy Castle, shops, cafes and the quayside. Would definitely recommend.

You can hardly get closer to Conwy Castle. The place is just outside its walls, and our comfortably furnished room had a view of the castle right from the window. There's a nice little pub downstairs with friendly staff and quite a selection of beers and Welsh Gins. There are stairs to climb, and parking is a pretty big issue, though that seems to go for all lodgings inside the walls.
