We only meant to stop for a quick pint with my wife and our Cocker Spaniel, but the food looked and smelled so good that we stayed to eat. It lived up to expectations. I had the gammon and my wife chose the steak and ale pie. The staff were attentive and welcoming, and they even gave our dog a little sausage, which was incredibly kind. We’re looking forward to going back. If you haven’t tried it, you’re missing out 👌🏻👌🏻

The views were stunning, and the locals were friendly. There are plenty of places to eat around town, so I went to the curry house directly opposite the hotel. At breakfast, I chose the Welsh option, which was like an English breakfast but with bigger sausages. There were other breakfast choices too. I was here overnight for work. The staff were warm, polite and welcoming, and nothing felt like too much trouble. My room was tidy and clean, with everything I needed, plenty of wardrobe space and a little spot to make hot drinks. Although the hotel is in the town centre, parking was free and I didn’t hear traffic in the evening. I’d give the hotel and staff five stars and will definitely visit again. Thank you, everyone.

I’d never been to Corwen before, but had a great short stay and will definitely return. The locals were very warm and friendly. It’s a wonderful community owned hotel with lovely staff, a comfy bed and a great breakfast.

My husband and I had a very good four-night stay, and we’re leaving with lovely memories. The room was neatly prepared for Valentine’s Day, which took us by surprise. It was wow! Keep it up. The housekeeper and hotel manager gave us a very warm welcome, and the manager was always around to help. We were happy with the security measures. Breakfast was good, well prepared and balanced, with a soft drink of your choice. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Thank you, we’ll be back soon. Mr and Mrs Joel

It was our first time eating here, but we’ll definitely come back. The food was delicious and the price was good. Even though the restaurant was busy, the atmosphere stayed happy and friendly. Our young waitresses were smiling, efficient and looked after our table really well, as they did the others. If you’re after lovely food, atmosphere and staff for a good price, I highly recommend booking a meal here.
