Secret Cloud House Holidays

Being surrounded by farmland was just right for us, with views stretching out in every direction. Inside, the bathroom looked lovely and the kitchen was brilliant. The owners made us feel so welcome and were always friendly and helpful. They'd thought through even the small details, which really made the stay special.

Elderflower lodge had such a peaceful outlook, with lambs in the field and hills in the distance. Sitting in the hot tub and taking it all in was a highlight. The yurt had everything we needed, from a really comfortable bed and pretty lights to a log burner with an oven and a gas stove. We had a beautiful glamping stay.

We felt lucky to spend our holiday in such a special place in Staffordshire, and we're already looking forward to returning soon. The setting is lovely, with plenty to do nearby. Our cosy, romantic yurt had incredible attention to detail, and we especially enjoyed the breakfast hamper and locally sourced soap gift set. It felt like a little paradise.

After a long walk, relaxing in the log-fired hot tub with a drink and countryside views was fantastic. We found the shower blocks modern and very clean, and Emma gave us a friendly welcome and showed us around. The welcome pack was appreciated too. It was our first time staying in a yurt, and we were pleased with how clean, well furnished, and well equipped it was. The log burner was lovely, and you can cook on it as well. The area is picturesque and worth exploring. The Yewtree Inn is about a 20-minute walk away, with friendly locals, good home-cooked food, and good beer. We'll definitely be back.
