The location is close to cbs arena, but I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking there and back at night as a woman. It doesn’t seem like a pleasant area for an evening walk. The property itself is cramped, with too many rooms and very little privacy. When other guests return late, the noise can wake you and ruin the next day after a bad night’s sleep. I wouldn’t recommend staying here to a friend.

The apartments were spotless and had everything we needed, and the proprietor communicated really well. It’s handy for both the arena and a shopping centre just around the corner. I’d definitely recommend it.

I had a good time there. It felt welcoming and well organised, and I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere. I’m glad I went and would recommend it to anyone wanting a pleasant place to spend some time.

The decor and atmosphere felt comfortable. The WiFi did keep dropping out now and then, though. Having private parking made it easier to get around on foot, and the nearby park was lovely for a walk and a bit of nature.

After a long day on our feet, we slept so well in that comfy bed. The room was beautiful and absolutely spotless, with tea and coffee, water in the fridge, and small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. We’d happily stay again. Thank you!
