Very clean throughout, with security on site and key fob access to keep unwanted visitors out. I felt safe here. There's parking, including accessible spaces, and lifts as well. I had a single room with an ensuite and shared kitchen on my floor. The building also has laundry, a TV common room, a gym and a study room with lots of sockets for laptops, phones and tablets. Food places and supermarkets are all within a five-minute walk.

I've just moved into Sky Blue Point in Coventry and have had a positive start. It's a good option for students, foundation students or working professionals looking for an ensuite. Gemma, the manager, is friendly and approachable, and always tries to help with questions or problems. Rachel and Amis at reception are welcoming, helpful and professional too. My room has a comfortable bed, wardrobe and cupboards, a study desk and an ensuite bathroom. The building and facilities are clean, modern and well looked after. Shared kitchens are spacious and generally used by six or seven tenants. There's a 24-hour gym, a common room with a TV, a quiet study room, a small downstairs entertainment room and laundry on site. Broadband works well throughout the building, which is handy when the mobile signal is poor or absent. Parking includes disabled spaces, and there are metal bike racks outside for locking up a bike. Safety is a strong point: security is on site around the clock, and CCTV covers the building and surrounding property. Security staff are available day and night and are helpful if you need anything. Coventry University is about a five-minute walk away, with shops, restaurants and takeaways nearby. I'm very happy so far with the staff, facilities and welcoming atmosphere, and would recommend Sky Blue Point.

The staff are brilliant and always accommodating. I'd highly recommend them if you're after an affordable place of your own, for either a short or long stay.

The staff are lovely and make you feel welcome. It's a great place to stay, reasonably close to Coventry centre and the university, and amazing for the price.
