Proper Coventry locals boozer. Friendly staff, beer’s well priced, and the locals were friendly enough to have a chat with. There are a couple of pool tables too. I’ll be back.

A basic but friendly pub, and the beer and spirits are really cheap. Pints are around £3.40, which is amazing. I always pop in when I’m in Coventry.

The beer was decent and they served us without any trouble, but I got a strong sense that the landlord and several customers weren’t keen on “foreigners.” Probably best for everyone involved if anyone with darker skin than white avoids going there.
