The staff are excellent, and there’s a good beer selection. I didn’t try the food.

Proper Coventry locals boozer. Friendly staff, beer’s well priced, and the locals were friendly enough to have a chat with. There are a couple of pool tables too. I’ll be back.

A basic but friendly pub, and the beer and spirits are really cheap. Pints are around £3.40, which is amazing. I always pop in when I’m in Coventry.

The beer was decent and they served us without any trouble, but I got a strong sense that the landlord and several customers weren’t keen on “foreigners.” Probably best for everyone involved if anyone with darker skin than white avoids going there.

Good local pub, with a great atmosphere. The people inside are chatty and funny, which I love. Pool tables and the jukebox make it even better.
