I’ve been here for over five years and enjoyed my time throughout. My room was spacious and comfortable, the facilities were great, and the shared areas stayed really clean. What made it best was the team looking after the tenants. Victoria, Sue, Helen, Hasan, Abdu and Gayana were all incredible, friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond whenever I needed support. I feel fortunate to have lived here, and I’m proud of the years I spent here. If I get the chance to live in Coventry again, I’d come back. Wishing the team every success, and thank you.

Victoria, Sue and helen were so friendly and always available when we had a cleaning issue or another concern. The management was welcoming and quick to help. Our apartment was neat and very clean, and we enjoyed our stay. We’d be glad to stay here again if we travel this way.

For the past year, everything has been just right, and whenever an issue came up it was sorted promptly. This is the best accommodation I’ve stayed in. Sue, Victoria & Helen are a lovely bunch and deserve appreciation!

Think carefully before renting here. The management may be friendly, but that seems to be all they offer. They’re lazy and irresponsible, don’t reply to messages, and don’t deal with facilities problems quickly. I also wasn’t paid my full deposit back. Parcel collection is limited to two weekday slots, 10-11am and 4-5pm. There’s no security and the Wi-Fi is very poor, among other problems. Read the Google Maps reviews carefully or you may regret it. If a friendly manner is your main priority in a rental, Manor Park might be an option, but that’s about it.

After six months at Manor Park Court, I have no complaints. My studio was clean when I moved in, and all the appliances in my room work. The building staff are friendly and helpful, and the other tenants around me are quiet.
