There’s plenty of parking on site, and the self check-in was straightforward. The room was clean and tidy, though on the small side, but good value. We were given just one pillow each at first, but staff happily brought extras. The walls are thin, so noise can carry, and some way to control the temperature would be useful. There’s a cash-only Chinese takeaway next door that might come in handy, though we didn’t try it. We’d definitely stay again.

We slept really well in this quiet spot. Check-in and check-out were both easy, too. Great experience!
We booked this for one night while our daughter was at a nearby cheer competition. It cost half as much as the other places we looked at, and the message the day before made the parking and key arrangements clear. The rooms and bathroom were clean, the beds were immaculate, and the shower was lovely and hot. There were fresh towels, complimentary tea and coffee, and biscuits the kids enjoyed. I especially liked the Gucci mirror. Thanks for a lovely stay.
The bed was really comfortable, the area was quiet, and the parking at the back felt safe and was more than adequate. The owner was helpful over text and email, and on a phone call I made when I wasn’t quite up to speed. The place itself was simple, warm, clean, modern, and well maintained. Nearby, The Oak and the Old Mill are a short walk away and serve good food and ales at reasonable prices. Baginton has a little Roman Fort, and the hotel is convenient for the air Museum, Coventry tourist localities and Sports Connexion Centre. Just what I needed.
The room was clean, attractive, and very well cared for, with great mattresses and pillows. We got in shortly after 9 pm, and after paying received a text with the entry instructions and codes for the hotel and room. It was extremely warm weather, so the room felt a bit too hot for me. I wished I’d brought an electric fan from home. Keep that in mind if you visit during a summer heatwave. I’d happily recommend this guesthouse.
