Premier Inn Coventry South - A45

Emily greeted us with a friendly welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay go smoothly. Since we don’t like caffeine at night, she offered us hot chocolate instead of tea. The staff were amazing, the hotel was lovely, and breakfast the next morning was delicious. Thank you, premier inn A45, for such a lovely experience. We’ll be back!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The bed was very comfortable, so I slept well. The rest of the stay was fairly basic: the room decor and amenities were average, housekeeping only replaced the towels instead of giving the room a full refresh, and breakfast was a bit disappointing and could be better.

The restaurant team made dining relaxed and enjoyable. Natalie and Sofie were attentive, friendly, and genuinely kind. New chef Akva is kind and professional, and cooks very well. Alfie deserves a special mention too: the best chef, and we loved every dish he made. His food really made our stay. Manager Emily runs the place brilliantly and takes clear care of both guests and staff. She was welcoming and professional, like the friendly, helpful staff throughout our stay. Everything was clean and tidy, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. Thanks to the whole team for such great service. I’d happily return with my family and recommend them.

What stood out most was how friendly and welcoming everyone was. They couldn’t do enough for me, and even the young housekeeping staff were pleasant and hardworking. Amelia and josh had a great attitude and seemed to enjoy their jobs, which was lovely to see. The rooms were clean, the shower was amazing, and breakfast was great. I had a great experience at this Premier Inn in Coventry. Thank you.
