I wouldn't recommend staying here. I spent three nights and had a terrible experience. When I checked out, they wouldn't return my deposit unless I paid another £7, a charge I hadn't seen mentioned. Booking.com told me it wasn't in their policy, but the hotel still insisted it was “new”. The room was dusty and hadn't been properly cleaned, and there was no toilet paper or shampoo when I arrived. Nobody checked on the room during my stay, and I couldn't get help when I needed it. Reception rarely answered the phone, and when someone did, they spoke as if I were a nuisance. They also keep £3 of the deposit as a “service” charge, although I didn't see any service being provided, then look for reasons to take more. This was the worst hotel experience I've had through Booking.com. I won't return.

The only thing I liked was that the apartment had Netflix. Otherwise, my stay was stressful and badly managed, and I wouldn't recommend it or stay again. I've since seen many similar negative reviews, so this seems to happen to others too. Communication was difficult: they don't answer calls and only respond through Booking.com messages. For check-in, I was first told to download an app for the key, but it didn't work. After a lot of messages, they sent a safe code instead, but only after asking for proof of payment that was difficult to provide through Booking.com. The room cost around £90, then I was asked for a £100 security deposit that hadn't been mentioned on booking.com. The apartment itself was average. The heating/AC controls were locked, so I couldn't adjust the temperature, and it stayed hot and stuffy even with the windows open. Of the deposit, only £77 came back. They kept £20 for a late checkout, claiming I'd left at 12pm, though checkout was 10am and I left just before 11am. They also kept £3 as a service fee. Charging £20 for an hour over checkout felt ridiculous and very unfair.

WARNING: bed bugs and staff who were rude when I raised a complaint. I stayed from 12-13 Oct, 2025. Around 1am I woke up itching and saw a bed bug crawling on the sheets. It was disgusting, and I left in the middle of the night. I believe the linens hadn't been cleaned or changed properly. Reception didn't answer when I called. I sent photos and proof, but hours later they accused me of lying and said the sheets weren't theirs. When I returned to show them, the bedding had already been changed. They also accused me of damaging the toilet seat to keep my deposit. I had check-in photos and videos, so they eventually returned it, five days later. I filed a complaint with Trading Standards because I still haven't received my room refund. Take photos and videos of everything, as I fear others could have money withheld too. I'd never stay again.

This was a dreadful stay in Apartment C3 on the ground floor. A strong smell of weed hit me in the hallway. Inside, the decor was awful, the walls needed painting, and the furniture urgently needed replacing. There was a damp smell, and the cleanliness was questionable: beside the bed was a fresh spill on the dirty wall, possibly coffee or vomit, that could easily have been wiped off before I arrived. The place was cold at night, but the heat control was locked. Condensation was terrible, with water running from the windows onto the ledge and floor, and there were no vents. Noise from nearby properties carried through clearly, including conversations and other TVs. There was just one wooden chair for two people, not enough knives or glasses, too little cutlery for two, no toilet paper, and no bin liner, just a small office bin. The ironing board was tiny and unfit for use, and the iron was burned. The wardrobe was also too small for clothes, with cheap plastic hangers barely fitting two jackets. They seem proud of the complimentary tea and coffee, but the four cheap tea bags and four cheap instant coffee sachets didn't make up for the problems. There was no mobile network inside for me as an O2/Virgin Media customer, though I got 5G immediately outside the main door. The apartment's Sky Apartments WiFi showed as connected but gave me no internet. I couldn't contact anyone or be contacted while inside, so I had to go out to make calls. This was especially difficult because I was in Coventry after a sudden death in my family and needed to deal with a funeral director and Coroner's office, including out of hours. I reported the issue straight away, and a staff member came and confirmed it. They promised to move me the next day, but when I called for an update, a rude staff member said it was my fault for having no signal and that other guests' WiFi worked. Nothing was resolved, even though they knew I was staying in most of the time. I was asked to pay a £100 deposit by bank transfer, which felt odd and suspicious. It took days to come back, and £3 was deducted, leaving £97. Given other reports of guests being blamed for damage, I'd record a video before leaving. After the property's reply to my review, which accused me of lying despite the photos, they advised me to get a new phone. I've got the latest iPhone, so maybe an old Nokia would work in those apartments. That reply only reinforced my view that management is unprofessional and disrespectful. I hope they improve the rooms and train staff, including management and the owner, in customer service. There are better places in Coventry, and I hope people think twice before booking. I've attached a picture of their response.

By far my worst experience. Staff were disrespectful and even insulted me while I was trying to complain. Nothing was damaged or wrong, yet they still took £3 from my security deposit for a very basic room. If you come across this company, I say stay away. They are fraudsters in disguise.
