Ann was a friendly host, and we enjoyed chatting with her. She welcomed us with delicious tea and cake, then served a generous, excellent breakfast in a room full of interesting treasures. Our comfortable room had everything we needed, including a sofa and views across the bay, and there’s a guest sitting room too. A wonderful B&B in a great spot for walkers, with parking available as well.

A pretty village, a handy base for walking the coast path, and an easy bus to catch in the morning. I had a lovely clean, comfortable room with a sea view, and dinner was just a short walk along the harbor. The freshly cooked breakfast was much appreciated. I had a great stay!

I’ve been back several times with family, and Ann is an amazing host. The location is beautiful, with magnificent views. Rooms are furnished beautifully and have everything you need. Breakfast is a real treat, with pastries, yoghurt, cereals, fruit and several cooked choices. Very highly recommended.

The Cove view from our room was lovely, and the room itself was spacious, comfortable, well equipped and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was the best we had along the coastal path route, and the whole stay was good value. This is one of those rare B&Bs that has what you need, along with a genuinely friendly welcome and delicious cake.

After our long eight-hour drive, Ann welcomed us to Coverack with cups of tea, homemade lemon drizzle cake and the woodburner. She was warm, friendly and chatty, and it was a pleasure getting to know her. She’s been doing this for 27 years, and knows her stuff. The B&B has a gorgeous sea view that seems to stretch for miles. Breakfast both mornings was a treat, with loads of choice, including plenty for us as vegetarians and vegans. The spotless house had a perfect room and en-suite for our short stay, with towels, shower gel and shampoo, a bath, hair dryer and more. We’d chosen the location for a wedding, and the nearby shop and pub were handy, just a few minutes’ walk away. The beach was stunning.
