It's commendable that the new build was made into a holiday let, but it would have been ideal for a local family. Learn about value creation: this feels like pure extraction.

The hot tub was amazing, and the house itself was fabulous. It's in a great spot, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. I'd highly recommend it.
