The hosts did so much to help me enjoy such an idyllic setting, and I’m already home and missing it. The house itself is stunning, with lovely decor and little touches of the sea throughout. It was an unbelievable experience.

It’s good value and a handy base for walks, castles, and the beautiful Northumbrian coast. The views are fantastic, though I wonder if the North Sea feels different in the depths of winter.
