An easy place to get into, with clear instructions from the owners. It was clean and had a useful kitchen, and the town centre and bus station are very close. Ideal for a short stay. I’d come back if I’m in the area. Thanks.

Truly rubbish. The Wi-Fi that’s supposed to be free didn’t exist, and the TV had no signal. Getting in was a struggle with no receptionist, and I even met a woman arriving late who couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone and tell her which room she had. It wasn’t even that cheap. Worst hotel I’ve ever experienced.

The staff are lovely, and the rooms have en suites. Opal bank is in a handy spot, right by a bus stop, and made my stay in crew memorable.

My partner stays here, and I’d recommend it to anyone. The rooms are clean and deserve five stars. The owners should be proud of the work they do. Well done to all the staff, five stars all the way. 👏

The room was clean, and the service was very polite. Having a communal kitchen onsite was a big plus. I’ll book again next time I’m in Crewe.
