The weather was poor while we were there, which limited our chances for walks nearby, so having a nice countryside break in the pod mattered even more. We booked it for two nights, and it was clean and well maintained. The toilet, shower, and kitchen block were also very clean, and the service staff were friendly. We'd definitely like to return sometime and hope for better weather then.

There’s plenty of space at this working farm campsite, with lovely views of the surrounding hills. We had a non-powered tent pitch, and fire pits are free to use if you bring your own wood. The farm shop is well stocked and open during normal working hours. The manager is friendly and helpful, with a reassuring presence around the site and availability after hours in an emergency. The facilities are clean and functional, including showers, toilets, a kitchen, heated dining room, and washing machine.

The wigwam village was a great place to stay, with lovely views and facilities kept in excellent condition. Staff were kind and made time for a chat with us and others staying or stopping by. Our cabin was comfortable, well equipped, and very spacious for two. It could easily have slept four or five. Having a fridge, microwave, and kettle was handy, and we could wash our hiking clothes. There’s also a fully equipped kitchen.

I've stayed here several times and enjoyed every visit. The site has a great location, a riverside walk, and a waterfall. A path towards the main road leads to another trail for Holy pool, which is well worth a look. The accommodation is cheap and cheerful, and that suits the spirit of the place. If you're after a few nights to relax and be left alone, it's ideal, though some people may prefer more upmarket sites. The man who runs it was friendly and helpful. He seems dedicated and enthusiastic, and clearly works hard maintaining the site and running the shop. Looking forward to coming back.

We had a great time camping here. The site is well laid out, with lots of lovely walks nearby. There’s a nice little shop with hot drinks and plenty of souvenirs. The shower and toilet block is great, and the communal kitchen is a good size, stocked with kitchen essentials and furnished with three tables. The man who runs the site is friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend it.
