We always leave Gell Cottage feeling we’ve had a wonderful break in a home from home, and we can’t wait for our sixth visit in 2023. The cottage is very comfortable and beautifully appointed, with attractive gardens and excellent parking. The owners and their family are friendly while still giving you space.

We had a fantastic week from 9 November in a well equipped cottage in a lovely location. A thoughtful welcome of milk, water and biscuits was waiting for us. The owners are on the grounds if anything goes wrong, though we had no problems at all. We’d definitely recommend staying here.

We enjoyed the quiet and had everything we needed in this wonderful cottage and garden. Criccieth makes an ideal base, with two good beaches and an imposing castle. Looking forward to coming back.

It was okay, but I wouldn’t choose to stay there again.
