It was warm inside throughout our stay, even though it barely got above freezing outdoors. The place was spotless and had everything we needed, including a good shower with properly hot water. The location works well for the beach, town centre and station, and there's a car park nearby if the street spaces are taken. Our hosts were friendly and easy to reach. The Christmas tree was a lovely surprise, and we definitely plan to book again as soon as we can.

Annie welcomed us, talked us through the heating and stayed in touch all week. The apartment was spotless, modern and very well equipped, just right for two, with a balcony to sit out on. It's ideally placed for exploring Norfolk, with bars and restaurants close by, and parking wasn't a problem. I'd highly recommend it.

A nicely put together, well-equipped studio in a handy spot for the car park, shops, coastal path and bus stop. The chocolate biscuits and lovely hostess were a nice touch, and I'll be back. P.S. For Mr Davis fish shop and the Gelato shop, turn left outside, go straight on, then take the second or third turning on the left.
