Pick up anything you need before you arrive, as there aren't any shops close by. The caravan's corridors were a little tight and the rooms small, but everything worked well. It's a lovely spot in a really quiet area by a golf course.
Heinz told us that Annsmuir POW Camp 77 was where he spent a year and a half as a captured German soldier, before returning home. He remembered it as a good experience, with the men well looked after. I've never visited the little park myself, but it feels familiar from my father-in-law's memoirs, which I helped write before he passed away. Thanks for the virtual visit.
It took a couple of wrong turns to get there, but once we arrived, the place looked lovely. A relative lives here now, so I expect it'll be somewhere I visit regularly.

The neighbours were very polite, and it was so, so clean! We rented a caravan privately and would definitely come back if we're looking for somewhere to stay again.
