Cladich House Bed & Breakfast

We only stayed one night, but it was a real treat. We could arrive late and were also able to arrange a later checkout at short notice. The room, bed and breakfast were all brilliant, and the service was excellent. A lovely place to stay for a few nights.

It’s quiet and comfortable, with amazing beds and rooms. The host and location were lovely, and the breakfast was just what we needed before a day’s hiking. We’ll definitely come back.

The walk after breakfast was a highlight, with magnificent scenery and the sound of running water. Don’t miss the tour of The Cladich Fold Highland Cattle, which was the absolute highlight of our Scotland adventure. The Cladich House was sparkling clean, Kirsty was friendly and welcoming, and our beds were warm and cosy. Breakfast, including fresh bread, was perfection.

We fell asleep listening to the nearby river, which we loved. There’s also a 7kw EV charger on site, a major reason we booked, and we paid 30p /kwh, about what our home day rate is. The hosts were happy for us to arrive around 9pm and greeted us warmly. Everything looked recently renovated and was very well fitted out, with stylish new furniture and a super comfortable bed. Our room’s mini bar was packed with treats, and there was an almost-new coffee machine. We couldn’t believe these were included. The modern bathroom had a large shower. Breakfast was amazing too, with excellent fresh bread baked overnight, pancakes, juice, milk, cereals, fruit and yoghurt. We’d absolutely stay again.
