Pullman House Apt 8: 1st Floor

Pullman House felt like a real home from home, and we'd happily recommend it. The apartment had lovely furniture and facilities, plus complimentary milk, tea, coffee, sugar and breakfast cereals. Kath met us when we arrived and had been warm, friendly and quick to answer our questions from our very first contact. We were in Darlington for a family wedding and had never been to the area, so booking had felt like a bit of a gamble. After staying in lots of places around the UK for work, I usually don't bother leaving a review. When you're away from home, you often just expect somewhere to sleep. Pullman house was different. I actually looked forward to finishing work and relaxing there. The reviews don't really do it justice. The apartment was spacious, modern and spotless, with lovely decor, great Wi-Fi, a huge TV and a comfortable, clean bed. The bathroom was immaculate and the appliances were good quality, not cheap and nasty. It had the feel of rooms at a 5 star luxury resort. I also liked that the other guests were professionals, which made it good for networking. Kath greets you when you arrive and helps with whatever you need. She's warm, kind and gentle, and will go out of her way to help. I can't recommend the place enough. If you're working away from home, pick Pullman house. Room was immaculate, spacious, modern and comfortable, with fantastic appliances, awesome WI-FI and a wonderful host. 100% recommend it.

These serviced apartments work well for a stay of a few days or a few weeks. With two spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, lounge and bathroom, it feels like home and is much better than a hotel. Free Wi-Fi is a nice bonus, and Kath, the manager, is always helpful. Highly recommended.

Kath is lovely and always there if we need help. The rooms are extremely clean and have everything necessary. The location is convenient for public transport, right by the railway station and bus stop.
