The rooms were acceptable and covered the basics, and the reception staff were welcoming. We spent four days here over a weekend for a family break, and the parking was very good. Breakfast was extremely poor, even though it was included. I've never had a hotel breakfast without cheese before, and it wasn't enjoyable. The restaurant service falls short of what I'd expect. The hotel has a strong location, good parking and easy access, but I think it could be managed and run much better.

I had a really pleasant stay with my family. The staff were so kind and helpful. I saw them go out of their way for a customer, helping an elderly gentleman get his breakfast ready. It was genuinely heartwarming. Thank you for such a lovely experience.

A special thanks to the lovely blonde-haired woman who made sure we were comfortably seated at breakfast with our dog and looked after us throughout the stay. I didn't get her name, but the whole team worked so hard to make guests happy. The service was amazing and the staff are incredible. Thanks for making our stay pleasant, and well done to everyone. We'll be back!

It's about 15 minutes by taxi from Ebbsfleet Station, and the location worked well for me. The hotel was very clean and well kept, and the staff were welcoming. My room suited a business trip, with lots of storage, a handy laptop table and plugs easy to reach for charging. The bed was comfortable, there were plenty of towels, and the shower was decent, though it could have had a bit more pressure. The air conditioning kept the room just warm enough.
