Premier Inn Dartford

We got our booking wrong, but Andy at reception sorted it out quickly and without any fuss. He was a really nice guy and made a stressful situation easy. The restaurant team also seemed organised, clean and very friendly. Our room was comfortable and the stay was great. Thanks again to Andy for the lovely service. We'll definitely be back.

I've stayed here for more than three weeks in a row before, and every visit has been consistently excellent. The reception team is incredibly helpful, especially Andy, who and his colleagues were always ready to assist. The rooms are clean, comfortable, well maintained and amazing. I enjoyed every part of my stay and will keep coming back. This is truly one of the best Premier Inn hotels in the country. Breakfast is decent and much like at other Premier Inns I've visited, but dinner disappointed me. That's my one criticism. I'd recommend staying here, though I'd have lunch and dinner somewhere else.

A modern, clean and comfortable hotel with a Beefeater restaurant attached and everything you need. The staff made our stay brilliant. We needed to add an extra day, but the room from our original booking wasn't available, so we accepted that we'd stay in one room for a night, then move to another and check out and back in later. Reception picked up the extra night and booked us into the same room for the whole stay. Everyone was so helpful, we couldn't have asked for more. Excellent service, thank you.

We had to ask to move from the first floor room because the card reader was in pieces on the floor, so we couldn't turn on the lights or anything electrical. In the next room, the TV wouldn't power up and the remote didn't work. The manager replaced the remote and got the TV going. She also brought another towel, since there were two of us. In Room 348, we had to run the hot tap for around ten minutes before the water warmed up. Very disappointing.
