Ship in Dock Inn

What a gorgeous find, so welcoming and wonderful 😊🙏🏻😊🙏🏻😊 I have several food issues, and they catered for me without hesitation. Finding wholesale foods that are gluten and dairy free can be so difficult. Jude cooked an amazing breakfast to suit my needs, and my husband enjoyed his too 😊. A wonderful space, great service and immaculate rooms. Jude, Mel and Dan were awesome. Thank you, we’ll be back. Carol-Ann and Simon x

Breakfast was freshly made and delicious, and the bed and pillows made for a really good night's sleep. Our room was spotless, well equipped, and had everything we needed. The staff were so friendly and welcoming throughout, and the Ship in Dock Inn is right in the middle of everything. We had a perfect stay.

We were really impressed with this gorgeous little guest house and pub, and we'll definitely stay again when we're back in Dartmouth. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our lovely room looked over the estuary, just a few hundred metres from the busy shops, bars, and restaurants. It was spotlessly clean, with careful attention to detail, a huge comfy bed, and a very effective Dyson fan. The en suite was enormous, with both a shower and a bath.

I came for work, but I'll be back soon with my husband. My room was spotless, with lovely water views, a Victorian bathroom, and a minibar stocked with REAL milk for morning tea. The landlady was so welcoming, and the locals were chatty, which added to the pub's warm feel. It's a proper pub with 2 cask ales, and that was a perfect pint. The place sits in a sunny spot by the water, tucked near the ferry. Support small businesses when they do it like this!!!
