The balcony was a great place to watch the world go by, and the view from the Crows Nest didn't disappoint. The room was decorated to a high standard, with a very comfy bed, and everything at Waterfront House was immaculate from the moment we walked in. Breakfast had loads of choice, and the bubble and squeak with poached eggs was delicious. Jon and Julie are wonderful hosts and nothing was too much trouble. We'd highly recommend this lovely B&B and will return 😊

We spotted a friendly seal in the harbour from our bedroom window, such a lovely surprise. The B&B felt like a home away from home, with stunning views, a fabulous home-cooked breakfast, and warm hospitality from John and Julie. It's ideally placed near the ferry to Kingswear, making it easy to explore the beautiful surroundings. We'll definitely be back!

Those breakfasts were delicious and clearly made with care. The whole place felt cozy, and the staff were kind and attentive, so I felt welcome. My room was clean and comfortable, and the location was great. I had a wonderful stay at Waterfront House.

The owners were so friendly, and breakfast was more than enough. My room was compact but felt luxurious, and the location was ideal. A real gem, and a memorable stay. Thank you. I can't think of anything else to add!

The breakfast was just right, especially the poached eggs. Everything tasted fresh and really high quality. We stayed in “the Nook”. It’s a very small room, but that was fine with us since it was spotless and the bed was really comfy. The biscuits were delicious, and the hand soap, shower gel/shampoo and conditioner provided were lovely too. A fantastic B&B in Dartmouth, we'd recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay. Thanks for a fab stay.
