Glebe house is beautiful, and we’d love to come back next time we’re in the area. Al and Phyl are genuinely kind, welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable, with lovely soft sheets, and breakfast was great. It was the perfect stay in a wonderful guest house.

We stayed for two nights for a friend’s wedding and couldn’t fault the place. The house is beautiful and full of character, in a great location, and Al and Phyl were so welcoming. Everything was spotless, and the room had a great range of amenities, including tea and coffee, toiletries and a fan. We had continental breakfast in bed, which was a lovely touch, and the coffee was fantastic. On our first evening we walked into Deal, and Al kindly showed us the most direct way to the sea path. It made for a lovely stroll into town. We were really impressed and would definitely stay again if we’re ever back in that part of the world.

Deal was close by, and we could walk to the beach in about 15 minutes. The rooms were wonderful, the breakfast was great and the hosts made the stay feel personal. They were super kind, and we really enjoyed chatting with them. We couldn’t fault anything in this beautiful house.

Breakfast was simple, but there was plenty of it and it was presented beautifully. The room was spacious and spotless, with attention to detail everywhere. We were welcomed warmly with a glass of wine. I’d happily recommend the place and come back.

The hosts are the best part of this B&B. They made us feel so welcome, and our stay was really comfortable. The room was calm and bright, with a big TV positioned well for watching in bed, a small fridge, and a spacious bathroom with a rain shower. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. There’s plenty more I could mention. Thank you both! 🙏
