Martina was brilliant throughout my stay, especially during lockdown. Anything I needed was sorted the same day, weekdays or weekends. Parcels were taken in when I was out, and the in-house housekeeping team were reliable and flexible, with the same staff each week. I lived in a top-floor apartment at Bay Tree's Larges Street property from October 2018 to October 2020, after moving to Derby for a work project. I'd looked at all the other serviced apartments in Derby, and these were by far the best furnished and equipped. The location suited walking into town, running up to the different parks, and avoiding traffic on the main routes to Rolls Royce. They quickly added a work desk when I needed one and a bigger TV for my stay. There's no elevator, which wasn't really an issue for me but could be for other people. I know the ground-floor apartments are just as well furnished and quiet, especially on the courtyard side. The team and property are top class. I can't recommend them enough.

The facilities are really good for the price, and the staff are very friendly. If you're staying in Derby for more than a week, it's a great place, with the city centre within walking distance and a good range of restaurants serving different kinds of food.

I spent a month here and felt it was worth every penny. The management were helpful and friendly, the WiFi stayed stable, and the location was central. The place was furnished and well equipped. I'd definitely recommend staying here.
